Our Leadership Program consists of biweekly training for all management staff as well as quarterly leadership retreats held off-campus. Our team focuses intently on topics that positively affect their ability to set and achieve goals. From communication skills to crisis management to important industry developments, each meeting provides a forum for growth and development as well as an opportunity to build and maintain relationships with each other.
Working Wonders, the work/life balance program created and embraced by our employees, received the “Innovation of the Year Award” from LeadingAge NY.
Launched to encourage employees to embrace whole-person wellness by achieving balance, Working Wonders suggests quick and easy ways to incorporate positive new lifestyle behaviors into employees’ daily lives. The program integrates all aspects of a person’s life – work, family, personal interests, body, mind and spirit. After earning points in Fitness & Nutrition and Culture & Knowledge activities, participants are rewarded with prizes.
